SIT-G presents every finding with its basis in public oversight
SIT-G supports two jobs on the public side: SGK invoice review and GÖREN assessment. MINA reviews the file or the indicator against the rule in force and presents every finding with its basis, quoting the official text verbatim. The decision always stays with the authorized auditor.
SGK invoice review
Answers "Is there a deduction on this invoice, and on what basis?" Decision: deduction, no deduction or additional document required. Output: a findings report with the item, the rule, the type of deduction (full, partial or code change), the amount and a verbatim quote of the basis.
The rule on the date of service
Returns a SUT procedure code's points on the date of service with the related invoice review rule, and shows how its points changed.
175 review rules
Checks the rules in article 3 of the SGK Invoice Review Procedures and Principles (07.07.2025), specialty by specialty: reimbursement condition, billing together, indication, coding, frequency and prerequisite.
Drug reimbursement and licence
Shows whether a drug was reimbursed on the prescription date, its licence and suspension status and its EK-4A row.
GÖREN assessment
Assesses GÖREN indicators under the rules for provincial and district health directorates, chief physician offices, and oral and dental health hospitals and centers. Output: score, level, risks, actions and a recommendation on objections.
Indicator cards
Retrieves the GÖREN 2026 indicator cards: 80 indicators, 161 parameters and 285 indicator-point rules.
Score and level
Calculates indicator points under the rules and determines the A–E level and failure status from the total score.
Objections
Shows the provincial board's objection pattern by indicator and its grounds. Institution names are not stored.
Measured results
In an internal evaluation in October 2026 on synthetic and anonymized scenarios, an answer counted as correct only when both the decision and the rule behind it were right.
Auditor role
Decision and rule both right on 289 questions.
